Chiamaka O. has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to the present. Chiamaka is currently working as a Lead SDET at theCut since 2021. Prior to that, in 2020, they founded an organization called Emerging Black Founders.

Before their current roles, Chiamaka held a position as a Senior Quality Engineer at Upside Business Travel from 2019 to 2021. In this role, they were responsible for providing testing and quality guidance, automating testing processes, and conducting incident management and defect triage sessions.

From 2014 to 2019, Chiamaka worked as a Consultant at Microsoft, where they interacted with clients to gather business requirements and delivered solutions using Microsoft technologies.

Chiamaka also has experience as a Computer Science Research Student at Bowie State University, a Summer Undergraduate Research STEM Intern at North Dakota State University, and a Technical Intern IV at BAE Systems Information Technology.

In 2010, they participated in an Undergraduate Fellowship program at Bowie State University.
