Andreas Gustafsson is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the financial sector. Since July 2013, Andreas has held prominent roles at Nasdaq, including Chairperson of the Nasdaq Nordic Foundation and Senior Vice President - Chief Counsel Europe. In addition to their work at Nasdaq, Andreas is an active member of TheCityUK’s Leadership Council and the International Regulatory Strategy Group. Involved in corporate governance, Andreas serves on the Swedish Corporate Governance Code group and holds a board position at the Swedish House of Finance. Previous roles include membership in the European Securities and Markets Authority's Securities and Markets Stakeholder Group and leading the Nordic/Baltic Exchange Legal Unit at Nasdaq OMX. Early in their career, Andreas served as Legal Counsel at Finansinspektionen and is an alumnus of Uppsala University.
