Lucy Thornton is an experienced professional in operations and project management, currently serving as the Global Head of Operations for Translation at thebigword since April 2022. Prior to this role, Lucy was the Programme Director at Craft Worldwide and held various positions at thebigword, including Client Program Director for Translation and Interpreting. With a career spanning over two decades in the language services industry, Lucy has a strong background in managing complex projects, client services, and sales operations. Lucy holds an MA in Applied Translation Studies and a BA (Hons) in German and Italian from the University of Leeds.
