Heather Lourie has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. In 1993, they started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Manager in Transaction Services, where they managed diligence engagements for LBO funds, venture investors, and strategic buyers. Heather then joined Student Advantage in 1999 as EVP, Corporate Development, responsible for acquisitions, dispositions, and go-private processes. In 2004, they founded and became the Managing Partner of 4th Street Consulting. From 2008 to 2016, Lourie served as a Board Member and Advisor at Fred Beverages, Inc. Currently, they are the Chief Operating Officer of theBalm Cosmetics, a position they have held since 2017.
Heather Lourie attended the University of Connecticut School of Business from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Accounting. During the same time period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science from The University of Connecticut School of Liberal Arts & Sciences.
