Dana Beach has extensive experience in product development, sourcing, and procurement within the cosmetics industry, currently holding a position at theBalm Cosmetics since April 2021. Prior to this role, Dana spent over a decade at Urban Decay Cosmetics, progressing from Inventory Analyst to Inventory Manager and ultimately to MPS Manager. Earlier career experience includes a position as Purchasing Analyst at Schwarzkopf & Henkel and as Purchasing Assistant at Henkel of America. Dana holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of the Pacific and a BS/BM in Business Management from the University of Phoenix-Southern California Campus.
