Elena Qian has work experience in various companies and roles. In 2020, they worked as a Sales Associate at EXPRESS. Elena then worked as a Graphic Designer for RealE View from September 2021 to January 2022. In 2022, they worked as a UX Designer and Marketing and Advertising personnel at PangTong Wellhead USA Inc. from May to October and then as a User Experience Designer at Elevate Skin Clinic & Medspa in November and December. In 2023, they were a UI Designer at TLT - Tomorrow's Leaders Today, Inc from March to May, and then worked in Marketing and Graphic Design at BACH and Marketing at Fetti from June. Elena also co-founded Eano Web Design in May 2023.

Elena Qian completed their Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science at the University of California, Santa Cruz from 2020 to 2021. After that, they pursued their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at The University of Texas at Austin from 2022 to 2024. Elena also obtained additional certifications in Business Strategy from Harvard Business School in March 2023 and in Digital Marketing and Ecommerce from Google in December 2022.
