Natalie Holger is the current head of marketing at theator. Prior to their current position, they were the director of global program at Alydia Health, responsible for upstream marketing and all OUS activities including product management, clinical and regulatory strategy, partnerships, and commercialization. In June 2021, Natalie was acquired by Organon.
Natalie started their career as a lead associate at Booz Allen Hamilton from September 2014 to April 2016. Natalie then became a student consultant at BD from January 2014 to May 2014. In March 2020, they became a senior product manager at Johnson & Johnson, robotics & digital solutions until August 2020. From April 2016 to March 2018, Natalie was a product director for global strategic marketing at Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP).
Natalie Holger earned their undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from Miami University. Natalie then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Finally, they completed a Master's in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Devices and Diagnostics from the University of Southern California. Natalie also holds certification from ICAgile as an ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP).
