Sean McCarthy started their career as a freelance graphic designer for IDOL magazine in 2011, before moving on to Design by Structure as a Junior Visual Designer. Sean then transitioned to Monterosa as a Visual Designer, specializing in app design for major brands. Sean later joined AMV BBDO, where they worked as a Digital Designer and eventually became a Senior Digital Designer. Currently, they hold the role of Senior Art Director at The&Partnership, where they continue to excel in the field of art and design.

Sean McCarthy attended the University for the Creative Arts from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Ba Hons in Graphic design visual communication.
