Guus ter Beek began their career in 2007 at More as a Creative. Guus then moved on to work at McCann & IfB in 2010 before joining Happiness Brussels as a Creative Placement in 2011. Guus then had placements at BBH London, AKQA, Wieden + Kennedy, and Tribal Worldwide before becoming a Senior Creative at The&Partnership in June 2017. Guus currently holds the position of Creative Director at The&Partnership, starting in August 2022.

Guus ter Beek attended Willem de Kooning Academy Rotterdam from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Advertising.
