Andrew Gonzalez currently serves as a Senior Analyst at Alethea since August 2024 and has held the position of Senior Associate at One Defense since March 2019, contributing to innovative approaches in the defense industry. Prior to these roles, Andrew worked at Omelas from October 2019 to August 2024, progressing from Geopolitical Analyst to Senior Program Manager, focusing on security technologies and non-lethal warfare evaluation. Andrew's experience also includes a fellowship with the Defense Innovation Board, where contributions were made to advisory discussions on critical defense challenges. Earlier roles included research assistance at the Thomas and Dorothy Leavey Center for the Study of Los Angeles and internships at a law firm and in fraud analysis. Andrew holds a Master of Arts in Security Studies from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from Loyola Marymount University.
