Michael Durick is a seasoned Project Superintendent with extensive experience in managing high-end retail and commercial construction projects. Currently employed at Butters Group and TWENTY TWO GROUP, LLC since May 2019 and August 2016 respectively, Michael specializes in overseeing new construction from ground-up to Certificate of Occupancy (C of O), with a current focus on a three-story retail project in Miami's Design District. Previous roles include Project Superintendent at Golden Sands General Contractors, RCC Associates, Overholt Construction Corp, Moss & Associates Construction Company, and Boran Craig Barber Engel Const, where responsibilities encompassed field operations, scheduling, inspections, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Michael holds a Master of Engineering degree in Sound Engineering from Indiana University Bloomington and a high school diploma in Business Administration from Arenal Technical High School.
