Ivan Tchatchouwo founded and became the CEO of The Zone in May 2017. In November 2018, they also joined the Alumni Associations Board at Concordia College-New York.

Ivan Tchatchouwo completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology, General from Concordia College-New York. This educational achievement took place from 2010 to 2015. Ivan further pursued their education and obtained a Masters of Sciences in Applied Physiology from Teachers College, Columbia University. This program lasted from 2018 to 2020. Moreover, Ivan Tchatchouwo obtained additional certifications including Columbia Sports Industry Essentials from Yellowbrick Fundamentals of Global Sports Management in January 2021, Certified Performance Specialist from EXOS in June 2019, and 360 HEALTH & Performance from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) in February 2018.
