Erik Poldroo is a Co-Founder and COO of The Zone, where they have been since June 2018. Erik played a role in reimagining student-athlete mental health.

In 2019, Erik joined Equativ as a Senior Manager of Demand Partnerships for North America. Erik held this role from May 2019 until June 2023.

Before joining Equativ, Erik was Vice President of Sales at Paulson Investment Company, LLC from March 2018 to May 2019.

From September 2017 to December 2018, Erik worked at TLA Worldwide in Talent Marketing.

In 2016, Erik briefly served as a Professional Baseball Player for Trinidad Triggers.
