Valerie Potvin is a seasoned professional in operations management and marketing within the YMCA organization. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for The YMCAs of Quebec since November 2023, Valerie oversees operations in the West Island and South Montreal territories. Previous roles include General Manager of Membership at the YMCA of Greater Vancouver, where Valerie led health and fitness programs across multiple centers and managed budgets and employee development. Valerie also held positions as General Manager and Manager of Sales and Marketing at the Robert Lee YMCA, excelling in membership growth and marketing strategies. With a background in personal training and corporate sales, Valerie's diverse experience is supported by a B.A. in Translation from UQAM and additional studies at McGill University and Dawson College.
