Jentry P. currently serves as the Director of People and Culture at XD Agency, a creative agency that shapes experiences for leading brands. Previously, Jentry P. was the HR Lead and Human Resources Business Partner at Jeffco Public Schools, Colorado's second largest school district. Additional experience includes roles as Human Resources Specialist at Metropolitan State University of Denver and Human Resources Manager at Aramark. Jentry P. holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership/Human Resources Management and a Graduate Certificate in Strategic Human Resources Integration from Regis University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Kansas. Jentry P. is certified as a SHRM-CP and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
