Lauren Cassie began their work experience in 1998 as an Assistant Art Director at Dorland Global Health Communications. There, they worked on new business pitches to develop initial concepts, developed branding for new product launches and clinical trials, and developed materials for professional and direct-to-consumer ad campaigns, collateral materials, direct mailers, training binders, brochures, physician mailers, clinical documents, premium mailers, annual reports, booth panels, powerpoint presentation templates, and newsletters.

In 2003, they began working at Harris, Baio & McCullough as a Web Designer and Art Director (print). As a Web Designer, they preferred to code HTML/CSS by hand and was able to use Sass and CSS Frameworks like Foundation/Bootstrap where applicable, as well as write media queries for custom responsive designs. As an Art Director (print), they developed designs for product catalogs, direct-mail, trade show graphics, product sell sheets, signage and collateral for NASCAR racing hospitality events, paint schemes & uniform designs, newsletters, annual reports, as well as consumer and professional ad campaigns. Lauren was especially skilled in Adobe InDesign, building complex financial and statistical tables and using customized style sheets to help stay within client corporate standards.

In 2015, Lauren began working as a Front-End Web Developer at The Wyanoke Group. There, they built HTML and CSS elements from in house designers, translating layouts from Figma/UXPin into working responsive code. Lauren wrote clean html/sass files that were organized and ran through sass-lint upon compiling, and worked with the front-end team when building new elements to standardize elements and plan for code reusability when possible.

Lauren Cassie attended Haddon Twp High School from 1988 to 1994, where they obtained their High School degree. Lauren then attended Drexel University from 1994 to 1998, graduating with a Bachelor's of Science in Graphic Design.
