Kathia Flores has extensive experience in facility management and customer service, currently serving as the Assistant General Manager at The Wright Fit since October 2016. Key responsibilities include maintaining staff accountability, coordinating staffing schedules, handling resident inquiries and complaints, assisting with payroll and hiring processes, and overseeing health and fitness operations. Prior to this, Kathia worked as a Front Desk Supervisor at The Wright Fit and held positions as a Front Desk Receptionist at Explore Hotel and Hostel and an Operation Agent/Administrative Assistant at Gray Line Miami. Kathia's education includes a degree in Travel and Hospitality from The Wood Tobe Coburn School and a high school diploma from Jane Addams High School.
