Wensdae Lucas, MCIPD, has a diverse work history in the field of Human Resources. Wensdae is currently the Human Resources Director at The World. Prior to this, they held the position of Human Resources Manager at Princess Cruises from October 2019 to December 2021. Wensdae also worked as a Human Resources Manager at Grosvenor House Suites from June to August 2021. Before that, they served as the Human Resources Manager at InterContinental Hayman Island Resort from June 2018 to July 2019 and at InterContinental Sydney from May 2017 to June 2018. Wensdae Lucas also gained experience as an HR Leader at David Jones from January to April 2017. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Assistant Manager HR at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort from April 2015 to September 2016 and as a Human Resources Executive at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. from January 2014 to April 2015. Wensdae Lucas began their career with Disney Cruise Line, where they held multiple positions including Concierge Manager from February to December 2013 and Hotel Operations/HR Administrator from November 2011 to February 2013. In addition, they worked as a Training & Development Instructor and Lifeguard at Disney Cruise Lines from August 2010 to November 2011.

Wensdae Lucas, MCIPD, obtained their Level 7 Advanced degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in 2015. In 2016, they pursued additional education in Human Resources Management and Services at the Australian HR Institute. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Honours degree in Event and Business Management from the University of Central Lancashire UCLAN from 2005 to 2009. Wensdae also completed their A Levels at Preston College from 2003 to 2005, focusing on subjects such as Health and Physical Education/Fitness, Law, Philosophy and Ethics, Psychology, and General Studies.
