Irene Mateos is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in project management and business analysis. Currently serving as IT Team Lead and IT Project Manager at The Workshop since December 2021, Irene has successfully led initiatives such as the Unified Communication solution, collaborating closely with stakeholders and technical teams. Prior experience at rindus as a Business Analyst focused on enhancing an eCommerce platform's backend capabilities. Earlier, at Accenture, Irene maintained stakeholder relationships and provided high-level technical support as a Business Integration Analyst, while also acquiring QA testing skills and Java development training.
