Gwendolyn Thorpe is a seasoned educational professional with extensive experience in child care and early childhood education. Currently serving as Regional Director at The Work-Family Connection Before & After School Enrichment Programs since August 2021, Gwendolyn previously worked as an Infant & Toddler Intake Coordinator at Precious Steps Child Care from February 2007 to July 2021, where responsibilities included serving as an Administrative Assistant for the Infant/Toddler Program and as a Family Worker for the PreK program. Gwendolyn holds a Master of Science in Higher Education College Administration from Purdue Global (2020-2021), a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Administration from Purdue Global (2016-2019), a Family Worker Credential in Early Childhood Education from Rutgers College (2013-2014), and a high school diploma from Plainfield High School (1992-1996).
