Yani Benitez has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Yani started their career in 1995 as an Engineering Intern Student at Eli Lilly and Company. Yani then worked as an Engineering Intern Student at Merck in 1996. In 1997, Yani joined Ford Motor Company in the role of Vehicle Operations. After working at Ford for eight years, they moved to BJC HealthCare where they held the role of Revenue Cycle Transformation from 2005 to 2010. Yani then joined The Kraft Heinz Company, where they worked in Continuous Improvement from 2010 to 2013, and later in Plant Management from 2013 to 2016. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Supply Chain Logistics & Continuous Improvement - Water/Wine/NPDL Shipping (aVP) at The Wonderful Company, a position they have held since September 2016.
Yani Benitez holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University. Yani also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez. Additionally, Yani has studied French Language and Literature at Lycee L'Oiselet in Bourgoin-Jallieu, France. Yani has obtained a certification in CSSMBB from ASQ.
