Gowri Cavale is a Leadership Advisory Services Consultant at Spencer Stuart since August 2022. Previously, Gowri worked as a Fellowship Coach at The Women's Impact Alliance (formerly The Coaching Fellowship) and as a Foundation Board Member at University of Bath. Prior to that, Gowri held various leadership development roles at PwC in the US and UK, including as a Consulting Solutions Talent Development Leader and Head of Technology Consulting Learning and Development. Gowri holds certifications in Executive and Leadership Coaching, Chartered Accountancy, and a Bachelor's degree in International Management and French.
