Courtney Carroll is an experienced marketing and events professional currently serving as the Marketing & Events Manager at The Winery at Bull Run since April 2022, having previously held roles as Event Manager and Event Coordinator within the same organization. Prior to this position, Courtney was the Lead Preschool Teacher at The Compass School from March 2021 to April 2022. Additional experience includes roles such as Gymnastics Instructor and Digital Media Coordinator at The Little Gym, Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist Intern at St. Mary's Home for Disabled Children, and Disney College Program Intern at Walt Disney World. Courtney also served as the Vice President of Membership for Kappa Delta Sorority at Old Dominion University, where education was completed, earning a Bachelor's degree in Parks, Recreation and Tourism Studies with a concentration in Therapeutic Recreation.
