Leigh Goldenberg has a comprehensive work experience in the arts and theater industry.
From January 2017 to March 2020, Leigh served as the Executive Director of Theatre Philadelphia, where they successfully led a non-profit organization dedicated to celebrating and promoting theater in the Greater Philadelphia region. Leigh was responsible for strategic planning, collaboration with the board and funders, volunteer and staff management, and revenue strategies. Leigh also initiated Philly Theatre Week, a region-wide celebration of theater that featured hundreds of events over a 10-day period.

Prior to these roles, Leigh worked as the Director of Marketing at Wash Cycle Laundry from December 2013 to December 2016. Leigh was responsible for crafting and delivering the company's messaging, analyzing customer data, and leading all communications and marketing efforts.
Leigh has also worked in mission-focused communications for various organizations. Leigh held roles at organizations such as Berserker Residents, Camden Rep, and Lantern Theater Company, where they utilized their skills to promote their missions.
Throughout their career, Leigh held marketing and public relations positions at the Arden Theatre Company and Lantern Theater Company. Leigh developed marketing plans, managed media relations, and helped with the launch of a major capital campaign.

Leigh Goldenberg earned a Bachelor's degree in Theatre Production and Management from Marymount Manhattan College from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, they attended Cheltenham High School from 1996 to 2000.
