Anthony Williams has extensive experience in engineering and management roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Value Stream Manager at The Will-Burt Company since May 2015, Anthony has also held the position of Project Engineer. Previously, at Schaeffler Group USA, Inc., Anthony worked as a Project Engineer focused on implementing and upgrading manufacturing equipment. Prior experience includes serving as Maintenance Manager at GE Lighting, where responsibilities included supporting production and managing maintenance teams across two plants. Anthony began a career at General Electric Lighting as a Process/Project Engineer, where process improvements and project management were key responsibilities. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kent State University, obtained in 2009.
