Juan Pablo Alvarado

Climate & Energy Policy Fellow at The Wilderness Society

Juan Pablo Alvarado is currently serving as the Climate Misinformation and Disinformation Fellow at GreenLatinos, where responsibilities include coordinating campaigns to combat climate misinformation in non-English speaking communities and fostering partnerships with advocacy groups and policymakers. Additionally, Alvarado holds the position of Climate & Energy Policy Fellow at The Wilderness Society, contributing to research and support for sustainable energy policies. Previous experience includes roles as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Princeton University, primarily under the supervision of Professors Benjamin H. Bradlow and Ian Bourg, where research focused on environmental engineering and interfacial water studies. Alvarado obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Princeton University in May 2023.
