Courtney Watson is an experienced professional in development and fundraising, currently serving as the Director of Development at Williamson County CASA since July 2022. Previously, Courtney held the position of Director of Development at Nashville Children's Alliance from July 2014 to July 2020. With a strong background in coordinating major events, Courtney directed the Nashville Heart Gala for the American Heart Association from September 2011 to January 2014 and served as Executive Director at March of Dimes from August 2007 to September 2011. Early career experience includes working as an Account Executive for WNCF/WBMM Television from April 2001 to August 2007. Courtney holds a Bachelor's degree in Fine/Studio Arts from Tennessee Technological University.
