Karen Owen has been a Student Teacher and Teaching Assistant at The White Horse Federation since September 2015. Prior to this role, Karen worked as a Customer Service Manager at Nationwide Building Society from September 2002 to February 2008, focusing on customer satisfaction and promoting excellent service throughout the organization. Karen holds a Teaching Assistant QCF Level 3 Course from De Montfort College (2015-2016) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Geography and Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Gloucestershire (1999-2002).
