Lise Schwartz is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in career coaching, organizational development, and training. Currently serving as a Transitions Coach at Bucks County Community College, Lise aids students in transitioning from high school to workforce or college. As a solopreneur and conference speaker since May 2021, Lise facilitates masterclasses for aspiring female entrepreneurs. Lise's expertise as a Workforce Performance Improvement and Transition Expert, Senior Career Coach, and Organizational Development SME has been honed through roles at various organizations, including The White Hawk Group and OppNex. With a background in training and development, Lise has consulted for a diverse range of industries, delivering impactful programs to over 30,000 employees nationwide. Lise holds an MFA in Photography from Minneapolis College of Art and Design, along with certifications from The New School and Sony Institute.
