Catia Duarte CeMAP is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the Business Relationship Manager for South & South Wales at The West Brom since April 2023. Previously, Catia held multiple roles at TSB Bank from September 2018 to April 2023, including Telephone Business Development Manager and Mortgage Advisor. Catia's experience also includes working as a Mortgage and Protection Consultant at Countrywide Mortgages between September 2016 and August 2018, where duties involved working in a fast-paced environment within Taylors Estate Agents in Mermaid Quay. Before that, Catia spent three years at Barclays from August 2013 to September 2016, starting as a Customer Service Specialist for mortgage clients and advancing through an intensive in-house mortgage course. Catia holds a CeMAP qualification from the LIBF, acquired between 2014 and 2016, and a degree from Cardiff University, completed in 2010.
