Kendra Thomas

Kendra Thomas is a seasoned yoga instructor with extensive experience across multiple platforms, including roles at THE WELL and Y7, where Kendra teaches diverse classes for an online audience. Previously, Kendra served as Head of Instruction at Mind Body Project, collaborating with the founder to create a unique mind-body workout and overseeing instructor training and evaluation. As a founding instructor at Five Pillars Yoga, Kendra contributed significantly to the studio's establishment and growth. With a background in acting through SAG-AFTRA, Kendra integrates performance skills into teaching. Kendra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Fordham University and is a certified 200 Hour RYT through New York Yoga, alongside ongoing training at Anthony Meindl Actor's Workshop.
