Haya Elkadi is a seasoned professional in the fashion industry, currently serving as Senior Buying Manager at The Webster since July 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Buyer and Merchandise Associate - Special Orders at Moda Operandi, Inc. from November 2015 to July 2019, and Assistant Designer at Ralph Lauren from March 2015 to November 2015. Haya began a career in fashion at the Fashion Institute of Technology, where a BFA with a Sportswear Specialization was earned from 2010 to 2014. Additional early experience includes serving as a Resident Assistant, where community building and resident support were key responsibilities.
