Joseph Vincent is an experienced educator and translator specializing in Mandarin and Spanish, currently serving as a teacher at The Webb Schools since July 2019. In addition to this role, Joseph has been a translation editor for the Tzu Chi Foundation since January 2015 and has held various positions at Where There Be Dragons, including China Partnerships Associate Program Director and China School Partnerships Coordinator, from April 2015 to July 2019. Joseph’s freelance work includes translating Chinese to English for the Taiwan Hotline Association and the Taiwan Association for the Promotion of Civil Partnership Rights from June 2011 to July 2019. Academically, Joseph is pursuing a Doctorate in Modern Languages at Middlebury College, with a strong academic background that includes a Master's degree in Chinese Literature from National Taiwan University and a Bachelor's degree from Reed College.
