Lauren Parsley has extensive experience in benefit administration, currently serving as the Director of Benefit Administration at CS Partners since June 2013, where previous roles included Benefit Manager and Benefits Coordinator. Prior to this, Lauren worked as a Benefits Administrator at Plastipak Packaging from May 2010 to May 2013 and held the position of Second Assistant Front End Manager at Menards for a brief period in 2009. Lauren earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Human Resources Management and Services from Western Michigan University between 2005 and 2009.
