Joseph Dale is a seasoned professional in sports marketing and development, currently serving as Head of Commercial at The Wave since September 2021. Previously, Joseph held various roles at the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB) from October 2016 to August 2021, including Marketing Manager for the Domestic Game and Regional Youth Participation Executive, where responsibilities encompassed growing youth participation and enhancing cricket programs. Additional experience includes being Cricket Development Manager at the Oxfordshire Cricket Board, participating in the Sport Industry Group Next Generation Leader program in 2019, and leading international sports development initiatives in Zambia. Joseph holds a Mini MBA in Marketing from Marketing Week and a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Bath.
