Prior roles at The Wasserstrom Company include Senior Inside Sales Representative and Inside Sales Representative, where John handled customer inquiries and managed key accounts. John also held the position of Assistant Manager at Red Robin and Outback Steakhouse, focusing on budget management, staffing, customer satisfaction, and quality control.
