Fatima Bianca Acuña has a diverse work experience in customer support and baggage services. Fatima Bianca started their career at Pal Express as a Customer Service Agent, specializing in baggage claim processing and resolving passenger claims. Fatima Bianca then worked at InterContinental Hotels Group as a Reservation Sales Specialist, focusing on the Australia, New Zealand, and Asia market. Their main responsibilities included providing travel solutions and creating/amending hotel reservations. Acuña later joined Global Virtuoso as a Baggage Services Officer and was promoted to Senior Baggage Officer. Their role involved managing tracing cases and providing updates to passengers regarding lost and delayed baggage. Currently, they serve as the Customer Support Team Lead at The Volte.
