Tasha Rihm, MSW, LSW, serves as the Director of Quality Assurance & Staff Development at The Villages since October 2020. Prior experience includes roles as an Adoption Recruiter and Foster Care Case Manager at Children's Bureau, Inc. from February 2012 to October 2020, and as a Direct Support Professional at Damar Services, Inc. from September 2009 to February 2012. Tasha Rihm earned a Master of Social Work from Indiana University Indianapolis between June 2018 and August 2021, following a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Earlham College, completed in May 2009. Prior education includes graduating from Franklin County High School in May 2005.
