Melissa Rukstad has over 25 years of experience in nursing and healthcare management. Currently serving as the RN Wellness Director at The Village at Germantown since April 2005, Melissa oversees operations for independent living health and wellness, planning and implementing care for residents. Prior to this role, Melissa was the Senior Vice President of Operations at Methodist Healthcare from 1997 to 2005, where responsibilities included working as an RN in Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) and the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Melissa completed a Diploma in Nursing from the Methodist School of Nursing between 1993 and 1997.
