Madelaine Czufin is a seasoned professional in the venture capital and banking sectors, currently serving as the Founder of a stealth startup since May 2024 and as a Venture Partner at The Venture Collective since June 2020. Madelaine's experience includes a role in business development for startup banking at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from July 2023 to May 2024, following a directorship in VC and tech banking at First Republic Bank from July 2020 to July 2023. Prior involvement includes serving as a NY Board Advisor for The Vinetta Project and positions at Greycroft and Barclays Investment Bank. Madelaine began a career geared towards market regulation with an internship at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, following a summer internship at the Institute for the Advancement of the American Legal System. Madelaine holds a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
