Juho Ojala has a diverse range of work experience. Juho began their career as a Programmer at Sulake Dynamoid in 2006. In 2008, they worked as a Summer Trainee at Nokia. Juho then worked as a Research Assistant at Aalto University School of Science and Technology before joining MariMils Oy as a Software Architect in 2010. In 2014, they became a Technical Manager at Ductor Corp. Juho co-founded Lucify Ltd. in 2015 and is currently serving as a Co-Founder. In 2017, they joined The Upright Project as the Male CTO, a role they currently hold.

Juho Ojala completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Enterprise Communication Systems at Aalto University School of Science, where they studied from 2003 to 2011. Additionally, in 2010, they pursued a short-term course in Reliability Engineering from ETH Zürich.
