Randy Rothenbuhler is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Vice President of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer at The University of Toledo Foundation since May 2022. In addition, Randy has been a consultant at KNR Strategy, Ltd since April 2017, specializing in change management, leadership development, and succession planning. Previously, Randy held significant roles including Vice President of Finance and CFO at Lourdes University, where responsibilities included overseeing financial operations and strategic development, and CFO and VP of Finance and Human Resources at Walt Churchill's Market, directing critical operational activities. Early in the career, Randy achieved impressive results in commercial banking roles at GenoaBank and Huntington National Bank. Randy holds a Master of Organization Development and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowling Green State University.
