Rachel Guardado is an experienced professional in academic human resources and operational management, currently serving as a Senior Academic HR Coordinator at The University of Texas at Austin since January 2023. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Farmer Law PC and various positions at Ag Workforce, including Human Resources Operations Manager and Human Resources Compliance Manager. Rachel also contributed to The University of Texas at Austin as a Senior Administrative Associate from May 2016 to May 2019.
