Kylea Boutwell currently serves as the Director of Campus Events and Scheduling at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, a position held since August 2021, and has been the Campus Events Manager since March 2014. In these roles, Kylea is responsible for the management and operation of the Ad Astra Scheduling system, overseeing event and meeting requests, and collaborating with various departments for effective event coordination. Previously, Kylea held administrative assistant positions for the Vice Chancellor for Student Life and the Senior Associate Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration, where responsibilities included scheduling, event planning, and communication. Prior to these roles, Kylea worked as an Account Executive at Meridian Family of Stations, growing advertising clientele, and as an Office Assistant in the English Department at the University of Mississippi. Kylea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Mississippi and a Master of Science in College Student Personnel from the University of Tennessee.
