Nathan Woodrow is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience at The University of Queensland, where roles have included Service Automation Team Leader, Application Support Officer, Helpdesk Analyst, and IT Support Officer since 2012. Currently leading a team focused on service automation, Nathan utilizes technologies such as AWS, Javascript, Python, and various management tools to enhance IT service delivery. Previously, Nathan implemented Oracle Right Now and Scientia Resource Booker to improve inquiry management and space utilization for over 400 IT staff. As a co-founder of Xerarch since 2018, Nathan continues to foster innovation in IT solutions. Nathan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from The University of Queensland.
