Chris Caldwell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. They started their career at Whitworth University as a student from 2005-2009. Later, they worked at Visionworks as a Supervisor from 2009-2012. From 2012-2014, they served as a Teaching Assistant/Program Assistant at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, where they taught communication courses and organized events. At Ohio University, they worked as an Administrative Specialist from 2014-2017. They then joined Tiffin University as a First Year Advisor, Lead from 2017-2019. From 2019-2023, they worked as an International Services Coordinator at Ohio Northern University. Currently, Chris holds the position of Senior Director at The Buford Center for Diversity & Service at The University of Findlay, starting in 2023.
