Danielle Churilla is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in staff development and learning at the University of Chicago, where Danielle has held positions from Associate Director to Senior Director since 1998. In the current role as Senior Director, Staff Development & Learning, Danielle develops and manages a comprehensive training program aimed at enhancing organizational learning, aligning with strategic goals, and fostering effective teams for Alumni Relations and Development staff. Previously, Danielle managed training for over 400 staff members and led a team responsible for the execution of more than 275 events annually. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Purdue University Northwest.
