Prior to this role, Phillip White worked as an Electronics Technician at Vitro Services Company from 1985 to 1998. Education includes an Associate's degree in Electrical, Electronic, and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from Douglas MacArthur State Technical College, completed between 1982 and 1985, as well as a Bachelor's degree in American History from Troy University, earned from 1978 to 1980.
