Nathan Hunsaker serves as the Director of Career Center Operations at The University of Alabama since September 2024, while also being the Founder and Lead Consultant at Career Data Works since August 2023. In this role, Nathan utilizes extensive experience in technology, data, and assessment to provide valuable insights and reports for career services at higher education institutions nationwide. Previously, Nathan held the position of Associate Director of Technology, Data and Marketing at the University of Virginia from August 2015 to August 2024, overseeing various technical operations and achieving notable funding and awards. Prior experience includes roles at James Madison University and Icon Health and Fitness, where Nathan managed technology environments and support services. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a focus on Security from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish from Utah State University.
