Abby Kupstas is a dedicated student at the University of Virginia, pursuing a Bachelor of Education in Youth and Social Innovation. As a Research Assistant at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business since May 2024, Abby contributes to academic projects while also serving as Founder and President of SWAP since February 2022. Additional roles include Tour Guide for The University Guide Service, Newsletter Editor for the McIntire Department of Music, Key Accounts Intern at Dominion Payroll for the summer of 2024, and Teaching Assistant in Albemarle County Public Schools until May 2024. Abby also gained experience as an Admission Intern/Tour Guide at the University of Virginia during the summer of 2023.
